What is Gotoprotocol?
Gotoprotocol is an application and service which puts your study guides on doctors' mobile devices for easy reference.
How do I register as a new member?
Its easy and free to register. All you have to do is go to the home page of the web site or download the mobile application at no cost and click the “New User” registration button. The site will guide you through the process. All that is required is your name and a valid email. Once you complete the registration process, we will send you confirmation instructions if your registration is approved. Remember that you can only access the study protocols that the study sponsors approve you to view. We will need to confirm with the sponsors your ability to access study protocol information. There is other non-specific study information that all members can access such as research news, non-protocol specific message boards, upcoming research meetings and events, etc.
Do I have to pay to use Gotoprotocol?
No. Its free for members. The sponsors pay to have their studies on Gotoprotocol. We do not depend on advertising or need to sell personal information to maintain the site.
What do I do if I forget my user name and password?
If you remember your email you registered with, you can use our password reset form here. If you do not remember your email or password, contact us via our contact form and we will get in touch with you.
How do I change my user name or password?
If you are logged in, you can edit your account here. If you have problems logging in and cannot get your password reset via the password reset form, contact us via the contact form.

What don’t some of the studies I am doing not show up when I open the app or web site?
We are doing our best to get as many sponsors using Gotoprotocol so it will be the “goto” site for all your study related information. The sponsor may have declined to be a part of Gotoprotocol or we may not be aware of the study you are conducting. If you have a study that you would like to be on Gotoprotocol, contact us and we will contact the sponsor. If the study is on Gotoprotocol, you may not be approved to view the study information. Let the sponsor know. Once we get authorization, you will be up and running.
Why do some of the studies have less content than others?
The sponsors choose which content to include in Gotoprotocol. If you would like additional content, let us know and we will request it but ultimately the decision is theirs.
